Job Role

We are looking for energetic and hardworking Field Sales Executives for promoting and selling our construction chemical products such as tile adhesive, waterproofing solutions, epoxy grout, wall putty, etc.

Responsibilities :

- Visit tile shops, hardware dealers, distributors, and construction sites
- Generate new leads and develop customer relationships
- Promote company products and increase sales in assigned areas
- Meet contractors, builders, architects, and retailers
- Follow up with existing customers and collect market feedback
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with distributors and company team

Requirements :





- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Experience in construction chemicals, building materials, cement, paint, sanitaryware, tiles, or related industry preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must be willing to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer handling
- Bike and valid driving license preferred
