If you enjoy working with data, writing persuasive messages, and experimenting with outreach strategies, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and overall campaign performance
- Ensure proper inbox warm-up and domain health

2. LinkedIn Outreach

- Execute personalised LinkedIn connection and messaging campaigns
- Manage daily outreach activities (connection requests, follow-ups, replies)
- Optimise messaging based on response rates and engagement

3. Data & List Building

- Research and build targeted prospect lists based on ICP (industry, job role, geography, etc.)
- Use tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, etc.
- Maintain clean, organised, and up-to-date databases

4. Copywriting

- Create LinkedIn message sequences (connection message, follow-ups, etc.)
- Continuously improve messaging based on campaign performance

5. Reporting & Analytics

- Track key metrics like open rates, reply rates, conversion rates
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports




- Identify insights and suggest improvements

6. Other Tasks

- Assist in campaign strategy and planning
- Coordinate with the team for targeting and messaging
- Stay updated with latest outreach trends and best practices

Requirements :

- Solid written English skills (grammar, clarity, tone)
- Good research and data handling skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with tools like Instantly, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

Nice to Have

- Understanding of deliverability
- Experience with CRM tools
