Qualifications And Skills :

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong marketing skills
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of US Visa processes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in recruiting or bench sales is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Maintain a strong network of consultants and vendors
- Manage end-to-end bench recruitment process
- Ensure compliance with US Visa processes and regulations
- Track and maintain data using Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements
- Provide timely updates to clients and consultant.

Other Information :

- Shift timing - 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM | 1 Dinner Break | 2 Tea Breaks.
- Working Days 5 (Monday to Friday).
- Work from office (No Remote).
- Indian and US holidays.
- Up to 50000 Incentive per closure.
- Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
