Order & Document Management (Highest Priority)

- Drive Order Fulfillment : Act as the primary owner of order management, ensuring the timely delivery of goods to our customers.
- Flawless Documentation : Ensure all customer-required documents are perfectly in order prior to dispatch. Prepare all vital pre
- and post-dispatch paperwork, including Quotations, Proforma/Commercial Invoices, e-invoices, and Bills of Lading.

Export Compliance & Systems

- Portal Management : Seamlessly navigate and operate within Tally and key Indian government export portals, including DGFT, GST, CII, and Phytosanitary systems.
- Specialized Certifications : Ensure strict compliance by preparing Certificates of Origin, Fumigation Certificates, and Pallet Certifications for global shipments.

Logistics & Financial Coordination

- Cost Optimization : Actively source competitive shipping quotations to reduce freight costs and maximize the bottom line.
- Variance Tracking : Maintain detailed records comparing foreign exchange rates and shipping costs from the date of the initial quotation to the final receipt of funds.
- Trade Finance : Prepare and submit accurate documentation to banks for Letter of Credit (LC) negotiations and Cash Against Documents (CAD) payments to secure timely revenue.

Qualifications & Requirements





Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable) :

- Proven previous Export-Import experience.
- Strong, working knowledge of INCO terms .
- Hands-on proficiency with Tally and Indian government export portals (DGFT, GST, CII, Phytosanitary, etc.).
- Highly conversant in business English with strong general computer literacy.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma.

Nice-to-Haves :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Com / M.Com / B.A. / M.A.).
- Prior experience in a sales-oriented role.

How We Measure Success

Your performance will be directly evaluated on the following key metrics:

- Maintaining zero document-related dispatch delays.
- Achieving zero document-related defects.
- Ensuring an accurate Turnaround Time (TAT) for all documentation generation.
- Successfully and consistently reducing freight costs whenever possible.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
