Responsibilities :

- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, dealers, and retailers for product promotion
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Explain product features and benefits such as adhesives, waterproofing products, and construction chemicals
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers for smooth sales operations
- Conduct product demonstrations whenever required
- Collect market feedback and competitor activity updates

Required Skill :

- Knowledge of Field Sales / B2B Sales
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Basic understanding of construction or building materials will be preferred
- Ability to travel locally for client visits
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
