1. Generate and follow up on leads through various channels includes cold calls, referrals, digital campaigns, site visits, and events.
2. Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, pricing, and availability.
6. Co-ordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
7. Achieve monthly and quaterly sales targets.
8. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions and exhibitions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
