Job Summary : We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Sales & Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing service support, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and close coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless case handling and timely resolution.
- Prepare, update, and maintain daily operational reports to support business tracking and decision-making.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to drive successful sales conversions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.




- Guide customers with product knowledge and assist them in understanding features and benefits for smooth adoption.

Educational Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate in any Stream

Required Skills :

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication)
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain performance

Compensation : Salary : ₹20,000 - ₹24,000 per month (Based on skills, knowledge & experience)
