JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE - JSR

Role Objective:

Execute daily outlet visits, support order collection, and ensure product visibility at the retail level.

Key KPIs : - Outlet visits: 40 per day

- Productive calls: ≥ 60%

- New outlets added: 10-20/month

- Beat adherence: 100%

- Daily reporting compliance: 100%

Key Responsibilities : Sales Execution

- Visit assigned outlets as per daily beat plan

- Support order booking and ensure billing

Market Coverage

- Identify and onboard recent retail outlets

- Ensure product availability and visibility

Retail Execution

- Implement schemes and display materials

- Maintain strong retailer relationships

- Adherence to submit Feedback form

Reporting & Discipline

- Punch-in/out via company app (GPS mandatory)

- Submit daily activity reports

Systems : - Mandatory usage of FieldAssist / Unolo

- GPS tracking, route tracking, and visit validation

Qualification : - Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

- FMCG experience preferred
