Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to prime vendors and direct clients
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, submitting, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
- Manage consultant profiles, submissions,



and interview coordination
- Track submissions, placements, and performance metrics
- Ensure clear communication throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in Bench Sales / US IT Recruitment
- Solid experience in Sales Recruitment & Full Life Cycle Recruiting
- Account Management & Client Handling experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
