Responsibilities :

- Drive kiosk sales and assist customers with product discovery and basic styling.
- Create a friendly, premium in-store experience.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion.
- Share customer and competitor insights with the team.
- Maintain kiosk hygiene and display standards.
- Record sales correctly and coordinate with the central team.

Requirements :

- 0-3 years of retail experience (eyewear or jewellery preferred).
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good sense of fashion, styling and premium presentation.
- Presentable, stylish and well-groomed at all times.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic sales reports.
- Smart, dynamic and eager for fast career growth.
- Should be able to join immediately or within 30 days.

Location : HSR Layout Salary Range : 2.5 - 5.5 LPA

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
