Key Responsibilities
- Assist the customer with documentation, quotations, and order processing.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of data.
- Support in lead generation activities through research and follow-ups.
Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 months
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
