The Environ is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to handle wedding and event venue enquiries. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their event requirements, presenting venue options, conducting site visits, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and social gatherings .
- Conduct venue presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Explain venue features, pricing packages, and available services clearly.
- Follow up with clients regularly to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings .
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries in CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for event requirements and availability.
- Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets .
- Maintain skilled relationships with wedding planners, decorators, and event organisers.
- Ensure excellent client experience from enquiry to booking.

Requirements :





- Minimum 1-3 years experience in sales, hospitality, events, or customer relations :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills :

- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred

- Positive presentation and negotiation skills

- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools :

- Ability to work on weekends (as most venue visits happen during weekends)

Preferred Skills

- Experience in wedding venues, banquet halls, or hospitality industry :

- Strong ability to handle high-value clients and wedding families :

- Passion for events, weddings, and luxury hospitality
