IT Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Provide desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to end users.
- Handle Level 1 and Level 2 technical support issues through ticketing systems.
- Diagnose hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, antivirus updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with Active Directory administration and password resets.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
- Support remote users using remote desktop tools.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook troubleshooting.




- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and system imaging.
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Valuable communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SCCM, Intune, or endpoint management tools.
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Basic server administration knowledge.
- ITIL certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,798.43 per month
