Job Title: Senior Bidding & Tendering Executive Company: VRSIIS Location: Noida, Sector 63 Experience: 0to 4 Years Employment Type: Full time (On-site) Key Responsibilities : Bidding & Tendering (Senior / Lead Role) : Lead and oversee the complete tendering lifecycle including EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.

Identify and evaluate tender opportunities from GeM, CPPP, state portals, PSUs, and private clients.

Conduct bid/no-bid analysis considering technical feasibility, commercial viability, and strategic fit.

Review and interpret technical, commercial, and financial tender documents.

Coordinate with design, engineering, projects, finance, SCM, and legal teams for accurate inputs and approvals.

Ensure preparation of high-quality technical proposals, compliance statements, and bid documentation.

Supervise online and offline bid submissions ensuring 100% compliance and timeliness. Manage EMD, PBG, bid bonds, and contractual documentation.

Lead pre-bid queries, meetings, negotiations, and post-bid clarifications.

Maintain and monitor a centralized tender tracker,



MIS reports, and bid performance analysis.

Mentor junior tendering executives and ensure process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / MBA / Business Administration / Commerce. 0- 4 years of relevant experience in bidding, tendering, and business development, preferably in infrastructure projects. Strong exposure to government & PSU tendering procedures. Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPPP, e-procurement platforms, and state portals. Excellent understanding of technical bids, commercial terms, BOQs, cost estimates, and contracts. Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
