Job description: Key Responsibilities :

- Handle EPF & ESIC registration, updates, and monthly compliance .
- Prepare and submit PF & ESIC challans, returns, and reports on time.
- Ensure accurate UAN generation, KYC updates , and member maintenance.
- Monitor new government rules, circulars, and amendments related to EPF, ESIC, and labour laws.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, wages, and statutory registers .
- Coordinate with auditors, inspectors, and government departments during inspections.
- Resolve employee queries regarding PF withdrawals, transfers, ESIC perks , etc.
- Support payroll team in statutory deductions and calculations.
- Ensure full compliance with EPF Act, ESIC Act, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour regulations .

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Graduate in Commerce / HR / Administration or equivalent.





- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in EPF & ESIC compliance.

- Strong knowledge of :

- Latest government notifications and statutory rules

- Good computer skills :MS Excel, PF & ESIC portals, payroll software .

- Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently with accuracy and responsibility.
