We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the ServiceNow HRSD within our People Platform. You will play a key role in shaping the roadmap, governance, and evolution of our core HR systems, ensuring secure, compliant, and seamless master data management across the employee lifecycle.

The role partners closely with People & Culture process owners, service delivery teams, Product Owners, and system engineers to translate needs across multiple processes into scalable product improvements, ensuring that solutions deliver business value and excellent coworker experience.

Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including HR case and knowledge management.

- Experience with Employee Center, HR services and service catalogues, HR criteria, case templates, routing, or agent experiences.
- Understanding of Agile product delivery methodologies.
- Understanding integration between ServiceNow, core HR platforms, identity solutions, and other enterprise systems is desirable.
- Awareness of data privacy, role-based access, and confidentiality requirements for sensitive People & Culture information.
- Proven experience owning and communicating a product roadmap, balancing business priorities, technical debt, and platform evolution.




- 5–8 years of experience in Product Ownership of HR Technology with SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

ServiceNow HRSD implementation, administration, or product ownership experience, including Employee Journey Management, Virtual Agent, NowAssist, analytics, or automation capabilities.

•Experience with large-scale, global People & Culture or enterprise service management implementations.

As Product Owner for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery you will own the strategic direction of the platform and ensure it continues to deliver value to HR, business users, and employees globally. You will work closely with Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Security, HR Product teams, HR Process Owners and external vendors to continuously improve the platform while maintaining stability, compliance, and operational excellence.

Work and communicate the product roadmap for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

- Ensure secure, compliant, and efficient employee data management across the entire employee lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvements in core HR processes, workflows, automation, and user experience
- Support ServiceNow releases, Upgrades and transformation initiatives affecting the platform.
- Monitor platform health, operational KPIs,
