Media Strategy & Planning

Lead the development of integrated media strategies aligned with client business objectives.

Design full-funnel media plans across digital, television, print, radio, OOH, and emerging platforms.

Drive audience-first planning through consumer insights, research, and data analytics.

Ensure media investments maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.

Present media strategies, performance reviews, and business recommendations to senior client leadership.

Lead annual planning, forecasting, and budget discussions.

Media Activation & Performance

Oversee media execution teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize against KPIs.

Ensure continuous improvement through testing, learning, and innovation.

Lead and mentor media planning and activation teams.

Support talent development, succession planning, and capability building.

Manage resource allocation and team performance.

Commercial & Business Growth

Identify industry trends,



emerging technologies, and media opportunities.

Develop strategic partnerships with media owners and technology platforms.

Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, data, analytics, and client servicing teams.

Engage with media partners, vendors, and platform representatives.

Ensure alignment between media strategy and broader marketing objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Master's degree preferred.

Experience

- 10-15+ years of media planning and buying experience.
- Proven experience managing integrated media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience leading large teams and handling enterprise-level clients.
- Robust agency or media consulting background preferred.
