The Jupiter Pet Hospital is looking for an experienced, confident and highly presentable Client Relations & Front Desk Executive to be part of our premium multispeciality veterinary hospital.
This is more than a conventional receptionist role.

We are looking for someone who can create an excellent client experience, communicate confidently with pet parents and represent the hospital professionally.

Welcome and assist pet parents at the hospital
Manage front desk operations, appointments, registrations and billing coordination
Provide a professional and premium client experience
Coordinate effectively between clients, doctors and hospital teams
Maintain CRM follow-ups and client relationships
Explain and promote relevant non-clinical hospital services




Assist with client testimonials and selected social-media/video content
Maintain professional communication and front-desk standards

Excellent English communication is essential
Good Hindi communication; Telugu is an advantage
Comfortable interacting with pets and pet parents
Experience in hospitality, healthcare, aviation, premium retail, customer service, front office or client relations preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
Long-term candidates preferred
