You'll oversee assigned restoration projects and crews from the initial scope through project completion. You'll bring together the people, equipment, schedules, and documentation needed to deliver quality work, control costs, and provide an excellent customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines field oversight, team management, estimating, and customer communication.
Lead Projects from Start to Finish
Develop accurate scopes of work and prepare estimates using company software.
Work with customers, clients, and insurance representatives to secure approval of project scopes and estimates.
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee restoration crews, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources.
Monitor project progress, address obstacles, and keep work moving toward completion.
Manage production expenses and the effective use of equipment, vehicles, materials, and other company assets.
Set clear expectations and address questions or concerns throughout the project.
Take ownership of the customer experience and overall satisfaction,



including feedback.
Provide direction and support to restoration crews on active projects.
Help build a team that takes pride in its work and follows through on commitments.
Maintain Accurate Project Records
Ensure project files meet client requirements and support accurate billing.
Keep project information current so customers, crews, and office staff stay aligned.
At least three years of restoration industry experience.
At least one year of management or supervisory experience.
A valid driver's license.
Comfort using technology and learning company software.
An associate or bachelor's degree and IICRC certification.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
