- Proven experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong analytical abilities coupled with a commitment to data-driven decision making.
