About the Role We are expanding our team in India and looking for motivated, curious, and ambitious Sales Engineers who are passionate about technology and enjoy working with people.
This is an opportunity for engineering graduates and early-career professionals to build a career in Technical Sales, Smart Buildings, IoT, AI, and Building Automation .
You don't need previous experience in smart building technology. We provide training and the opportunity to learn directly from experienced industry professionals.
Identify new business opportunities and engage with building owners, developers, facilities management companies, contractors, and consultants.
Understand customer needs, existing building systems, and operational challenges.




Work alongside senior sales professionals on customer meetings, proposals, and business development activities.
Develop knowledge of Smart Buildings, IoT, AI, Building Management Systems (BMS), and intelligent building solutions.
B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) preferred.

- 0–5 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Interest in Smart Building Technology, IoT, AI, and Building Automation.
- Exposure to BMS, ELV, fire safety, MEP systems, sensors, controllers, BACnet, Modbus, or IP networking is an advantage, but not required.
- Hands-on training in Smart Buildings, IoT, and AI.
