Associate Product Manager – Finance Tech
Operations, Technology and Analytics across multiple geographies.
The Associate Product Manager – Finance Tech will drive product outcomes within the BrewDat platform's data engineering domain. The role will work closely with Finance stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Engineering teams, Architects and end users to deliver scalable data products and capabilities that enable business value.

- Define and execute the product vision for BrewDat data engineering capabilities, including data ingestion, transformation and serving layers.
- Translate Finance and Global Tax strategic priorities into actionable product roadmaps.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog items to maximize value delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering squads to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
- Measure adoption, platform performance and customer satisfaction to continuously improve product outcomes.

Align product initiatives with Finance and Analytics transformation objectives.

- Validate assumptions through experimentation and hypothesis-driven product development.
- Product Backlog & Delivery Management
- Own and manage the squad backlog, ensuring clear prioritization.
- Translate business problems into actionable development requirements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Refinement,



Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Communicate roadmap status, delivery progress, risks, trade-offs and business impact.
- Partner with Adoption and Change Management teams to launch recent capabilities successfully and drive user adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or a related discipline.
• Product Management certifications are desirable.

Previous Work Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis or Product Ownership roles.
- Proven experience working within Agile product development environments.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technology teams.
- Exposure to Finance, Analytics, Data Platforms or Enterprise Technology products is preferred.

Product Management Skills

- Roadmap development and prioritization.
- Backlog management and Agile delivery management.
- Stakeholder management and influence.
- Experience using Azure DevOps / Azure Boards.
- Strong understanding of Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Agile frameworks and Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts, including data ingestion, data transformation, data pipelines and data platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Language Skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
