Key responsibilities:
Conceptualize, shoot, and execute short-form content (Reels, Shorts, BTS, product features)
Create content featuring the founder and internal team
Convert marketing goals into engaging content ideas
Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
Stay updated with social media trends and audience behaviour
Maintain a consistent content creation and posting schedule
Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign-based content
Monitor and report on content and marketing performance
Assist in planning events, collaborations, and partnerships
Skill(s) required

Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

Other requirements

- Basic video editing skills
- Experience working with D2C brands
- Personal content portfolio or active social media handle
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video platforms




- Comfortable working closely with founders and teams
- Knowledge of how content contributes to brand growth and sales
- Confident with mobile shooting, framing, and basic production
