BNP Paribas is hiring for the role of Assistant Manager TPRM!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

- Perform periodic independent checks and evaluations of controls (defined in BNP Paribas Group Risk policies and CIB policies) around the Third-Party Risk Management process. Document findings and escalate gaps between results and expected outcomes.
- Governance – Assist in the preparation of materials and organization of meetings across the Global TPRM community to provide updates on monitoring adherence.
- Reporting Support – Assist in the preparation of content and data summaries for Senior Management, Risk SME’s, Audit, and Regulatory Representatives regarding control execution activities.
- Execute the TPRM BAU process including – assisting in the plan, identification, assessment, control, mitigation, testing, validation, and monitoring of third-party risks.




- Collaborate with the TPRM SSC Operations team to track BAU processes and ensure the timely completion of TPRM monitoring requirements across CIB global contracts.
- Reporting – Assist in the preparation of required management and regulatory reports.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree at minimum
- General Risk management and Controls management awareness.
- Foundational knowledge of Internal Controls Testing/Internal Audit.
- Understanding of Third-Party Risk Management including Inherent and Residual Risks.
- Familiarity with Outsourcing Governance and Ongoing Monitoring.
- Basic familiarity with Outsourcing Regulatory Requirements.
- Proficiency in Computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
