SmartWinnr is seeking a driven HR Fresher to join its people-focused team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day human resources activities across recruitment coordination, employee engagement, documentation, and people operations.
- Assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and apply HR knowledge in practical situations.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and reporting while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks,



communicate proactively, and deliver work reliably in a quick-paced environment.

Requirements

- Suitable for an HR fresher with 0–6 months of experience and an immediate joining timeline.
- Prior HR internship or project experience is an added advantage.
- Strong curiosity, eagerness to learn, practical problem-solving ability, and a meticulous approach to work.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate hunger and drive, intelligence, an even temperament, smart working, high accountability, and ownership.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Kondapur, Hyderabad, five and a half days per week, including a half-day on Saturday.

Compensation is ₹4–5 LPA, determined by college background and interview performance. Successful performance may lead to a full-time employment opportunity.
