We're Hiring: Senior Sales Executive Since 2000, RN Valves & Faucets has been a trusted manufacturer of brass and PTMT bath fittings, valves and accessories, with a portfolio of 6,000+ products and a network of 4,500+ dealers and distributors across India.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

This is a full-time role based at our Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR) office, with market visits as required. You will drive sales growth through our dealer and distributor network, build robust long-term relationships with partners and expand our market coverage, helping strengthen RN Valves & Faucets' presence in the bath fittings market.

Grow sales through our dealer and distributor network
Support dealer training and help resolve dealer and client issues
Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, supply and promotions
Achieve sales targets and ensure timely collections




Track sales data, market trends and competitor activity, and prepare regular performance reports

4+ years of sales experience in sanitaryware, CP fittings, plumbing, hardware or building materials

- Master's degree (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in channel sales through dealers and distributors, including a senior or lead role with revenue and territory responsibility
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (Delhi NCR), office-based with market visits as required
