ensuring high-quality deliverables through effective testing strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Lead the QA track across active AEM Guides projects.- Define and standardize testing processes and release sign-offs.- Collaborate with Architects and Developers to identify risks early.- Validate DITA structures and content quality.- Drive defect resolution and root cause analysis.- Identify automation opportunities for testing processes.- Establish best practices for recurring quality issues.Must-Have Qualifications:- 8 - 10+ years of QA experience.- Strong knowledge of QA processes and defect management.- Good understanding of DITA, XML, and structured content.- Experience with AEM Guides or similar content platforms.- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to Have:- Experience in content migration and publishing validation.- Knowledge of QA automation.- They prioritize employee growth and development.- The organization is committed to maintaining high-quality standards.-
