Responsibilities
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
