We are looking for a energetic IT Recruitment Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hiring and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires,



ensuring a smooth transition into the company and helping them integrate into the team.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand and culture through various channels to attract potential candidates.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, or related roles.

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
