The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge in Java-based systems, databases, Linux environments, along with exposure to AI-driven solutions, DevOps practices, and regulatory compliance relevant to BFSI/NBFC ecosystems.Key Responsibilities :- Define and govern end-to-end architecture for BFSI platforms (LOS, LMS, KYC, Credit, Integrations)- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability systems using Java, APIs, and Microservices- Provide architectural oversight, code reviews, and technical mentorship- Ensure systems adhere to security, audit, and regulatory standards- Collaborate with compliance, risk, and infosec teams for regulatory alignment- Lead vendor integrations and technical evaluations- Own production stability, performance tuning, and incident management- Act as an individual contributor for critical design and troubleshootingRequired Technical Skills :- Strong expertise in Java / J2EE, Spring / Spring Boot- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix systems- Strong database skills in MySQL (queries, indexing,
