This is an entry-level role. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

You'll be the primary point of contact for a set of client accounts - managing day-to-day communication, coordinating social media calendars, working with internal creative and tech teams, and making sure every deliverable goes out on time and on brand.

Excellent written and spoken English — clear, confident, and skilled
Organised and calm under pressure — you can juggle multiple accounts without dropping things
Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn)




Curiosity about digital marketing — you don't need to know everything, but you should want to learn

Client Communication & Relationship Management
Respond to client queries promptly across WhatsApp, email, and calls
Social Media & Content Management
Build and manage monthly social media calendars across client accounts
Review creatives and copy to ensure brand consistency before publishing
Ensure content goes live on schedule across all platforms
Prepare monthly performance reports against defined goals

Escalate recurring or unresolved issues to your manager with full context

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
- 0–2 years of experience in a client-facing or coordination role
- Prior internship or project experience in a marketing/agency context is a plus — not a must
