Job Description
We are looking for a *dynamic and target-oriented Real Estate Area Manager* to handle and develop the *Erode local market*. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the customer base, generating property leads, managing sales activities, and building strong relationships with customers and local property networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage real estate sales activities across the *Erode local market*.
- Generate new property leads through field visits, local networking, references, digital platforms and other sources.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, brokers, agents, landowners and local business networks.
- Conduct property/site visits and explain project features, pricing and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the management and internal teams for quotations, documentation and sales closure.
- Monitor competitor activities and local market trends.




- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update lead status.
- Build and manage a local sales network/team when required.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property marketing, field sales or a related industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the *Erode local market* and surrounding areas.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable local networking and customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Willing to travel within Erode and nearby areas for customer meetings and site visits.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Tamil communication is mandatory; English knowledge is preferred.
