As Veoci and iPrime continue to grow, we are seeking a Functional Consultant to bridge business strategy and digital execution. You will work directly with clients to understand how their operations run, map their processes and data flows, and design solutions that make them faster, more transparent, and more resilient. You will then bring those solutions to life by configuring applications on the Veoci platform, taking ideas from whiteboard to working system without writing code.





This role suits someone who enjoys solving business problems as much as building solutions, and who wants international, client-facing consulting experience combined with hands-on ownership of the outcome.Veoci is a no-code enterprise platform that airports, hospitals, universities, and government agencies use to run daily operations, manage emergencies, and maintain business continuity. Organizations use it to digitize complex processes rapidly, without traditional software development.

It is the gold standard for building customized solutions quickly. In this role, you'll analyze processes and data flows, then digitize them using Veoci's point-and-click interface, without traditional coding

As Veoci continues to grow, we are seeking a Functional Consultant to bridge business strategy and digital execution. You will work directly with clients to understand how their operations run, map their processes and data flows, and design solutions that make them faster, more transparent, and more resilient. You will then bring those solutions to life by configuring applications on the Veoci platform, taking ideas from whiteboard to working system without writing code.

Configure and customize the Veoci Platform to meet client requirements, turning complex business processes into streamlined digital workflows.

- Manage implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment, delivering on time, within scope, and within budget for digitizing in preferred segments.
- Test solutions thoroughly and resolve issues before deployment.
- Refine solutions based on client feedback and changing business needs, and stay current on new platform features.

This is NOT an application software development position

Lead discovery calls to gather requirements,



and serve as the primary technical contact during solution design and implementation.
● Deliver in-person and virtual training for clients and internal teams.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through help desk calls and tickets, including troubleshooting and identifying platform bugs.
● Create and maintain up-to-date solution documentation, including process flows, data structures, and user guides.
A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical role, such as Solutions Engineer, Implementation Specialist, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Build integrations using APIs and web services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
· Experience using Veoci or other no-code/low-code platforms such as Mendix or OutSystems.

- Strong understanding of data structures, workflows, and process automation.
- Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to learn technical software products quickly and configure them to client needs.
- Proven ability to translate business processes into digital solutions.
- Experience managing projects from conception through deployment, on schedule and within budget.

Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
● Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure.
● This role has the option for fully remote or hybrid work at the Iprime NOIDA office, with a strong preference for candidates who can regularly work PST (Pacific Standard Time) hours. While this role has the option to be remote, it may require travel a few times a year for team/company meetings.
