Description We are seeking a motivated and energetic NON IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for various non-IT positions, ensuring a seamless process from sourcing to hiring. This role requires a proactive approach to attract and retain top talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various non-IT positions.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate records of recruitment activities.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.




Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its culture.

Skills and Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in non-IT sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Good networking skills to build relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and regulations related to hiring.
