Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, primarily using Service Cloud.- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.- Write optimized SOQL and SOSL queries for efficient data retrieval and processing.- Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, security settings, and other platform features as required.- Implement and maintain Service Cloud capabilities, including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge.- Design, develop, and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.- Manage Salesforce metadata and deployments using Metadata API, Copado, and related deployment tools.- Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, version control, and deployment automation.- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and production defects.- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective technical solutions.- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions,



solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.- Solid practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL queries.- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform security.- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API development.- Experience with Salesforce Metadata API, Copado, and deployment management.- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management processes.- Experience with Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge.- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior team members.
