user support and product performance, turning findings into practical improvements.

An established and active global network within the Catholic Church , with the ability to build trusted relationships across clergy, religious communities, institutions, ministries and lay leaders.
Proven experience leading an organisation, ministry, business unit or substantial initiative, with responsibility for people, budgets, execution and results.
The ability to function independently, exercise sound judgement and take full ownership while remaining accountable to the Co-founder's vision and guidance.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to present BibleOn's mission convincingly to partners, donors and communities.
