Full Stack Developer :Roles & Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React for frontend and NodeJS for backend services.- Build secure REST APIs, optimize database design and queries, and ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.- Drive technical design discussions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers if needed.- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.Must-Have Skills :- Strong hands-on experience in React (including state management, Redux/RTK, Hooks, Typescript)
