We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join Service & Engagement. This role suits someone with around 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.




4 to 6 years of relevant experience.

- Collaborate with product, design, data, and platform teams to turn customer problems into shipped outcomes.
- Use AI coding assistants and agents day to day to ship faster, and help the team raise its AI-first engineering practices.
- Hands-on expertise in Design and develop cross‑platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart. Optimize performance with appropriate data structures
- 4+ years software development; ≥2 years focused on Flutter/Dart. Strong problem‑solving ability and solid understanding of data structures & algorithms. Proven experience with MVVM

Positive grasp of Android & iOS platforms
Familiarity with Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) experience for platform channels. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
Knowledge of other mobile frameworks (React Native, Xamarin) and comparative analysis. Hands‑on with Firebase, Google Play Services, and and App Store deployment.
Experience with high-throughput, low-latency consumer platforms.
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs or AI agents.
Open-source contributions, technical writing, or conference talks.
Build digital products from scratch on modern, cloud-native infrastructure.
