- Follow up on assigned contacts at the agreed time and update records when responses or contact details change.
- Escalate questions or requests that need input from a team member rather than making unverified commitments.
- Help maintain organised call lists by checking entries for missing or inconsistent information.
- Share concise updates on completed calls, pending follow-ups, and any issues affecting outreach.
