Experience: 3-5 years

Software Development/ Engineering

Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shift (Mainly EST)

Employment Type: Full Time

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

3+ years relevant technical experience in Network support / operations

Monitor network health, performance, and security using the Meraki Dashboard and related tools.

Collaborate with cross functional teams (IT, security, operations) to integrate Meraki with broader network infrastructure.

Author and maintain documentation,



standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.

Provide technical support, escalation handling, and mentoring to junior engineers.

Assist in network capacity planning, performance optimization, and design reviews.

Provide incident response & resolution as part of the 24x7 Network Operations Center

Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements

Transparent and fluent English (both verbal and written)
