Looking for a energetic and customer-focused Sales & Service Executive responsible for business development, customer relationship management, after-sales support, and coordination of service activities. The candidate will ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and supporting operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Meet customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender-related documents.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and delivery.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Service Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls.
- Maintain service records and customer feedback reports.
- Support AMC/service contract renewals.
- Coordinate with technical teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling ability.
- Basic technical understanding of products/services.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
- Team coordination and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Diploma/B.Tech/Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales and/or service operations preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in automotive, ATS, automation, industrial equipment, or technical service industries will be an added advantage.
