Company Description The Frame is a four-floor dining destination in the Lodhi Art District that blends food, art, and storytelling into a unified experience. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and other menu offerings, in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Deliver a refined beverage experience that complements The Frame's distinctive dining concept.
Engage with guests professionally, provide beverage recommendations, and address queries regarding the menu.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and readiness of the bar area, equipment, and service stations.
Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of beverages and supplies.
Handle orders, cash transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Adhere to established hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol-service standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen and Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless service across the restaurant's multiple floors.
Maintain consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.
Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable guest experience at The Frame.





1–3 years of relevant experience as a Bartender in a premium restaurant, fine-dining establishment, or upscale bar.

- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, liqueurs, and other alcoholic beverages, including their characteristics and serving techniques.
- Practical expertise in cocktail preparation, classic cocktails, basic mixology, and beverage presentation.
- Ability to manage bar setup, mise en place, inventory, stock rotation, and end-of-shift closing procedures.
- Understanding of beverage menus, flavour profiles, and food and beverage pairing to assist guests with suitable recommendations.
- Proficiency in POS operations, order management, and accurate cash handling.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, hygiene standards, and applicable licensing regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen, and service teams in a rapid-paced, fine-dining environment.
- A qualification in hospitality, bartending, or mixology is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
