You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for academic and non-academic roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire the best talent.
Sourcing: Find candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate interview rounds and collect feedback from hiring managers.
Reporting & Onboarding: Maintain recruitment data and support new hire onboarding.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
