Job Summary
Tatkshana India Private Limited is looking for a energetic, energetic, and self-motivated Field Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for sales and customer relationship management. This role involves meeting business owners, presenting our platform, onboarding partners, and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
As a Field Sales Associate, you will identify potential businesses and visit them to introduce Tatkshana's products and services. You will schedule face-to-face meetings with business owners, demonstrate the features and benefits of our platform, explain how it can help businesses increase their visibility and customer reach, and successfully onboard them onto the platform. You will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, regularly follow up to collect information about their latest offers, events, promotions, and business updates, and coordinate with the marketing team to promote these activities. You will be responsible for achieving monthly onboarding and sales targets, negotiating and closing partnership opportunities, collecting customer feedback, and sharing valuable insights with the sales and product teams. You will also represent Tatkshana India Private Limited at exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events,



maintain accurate records of meetings and sales activities using a laptop and productivity tools, submit regular activity reports, and efficiently plan and execute field visits from Monday to Saturday.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, basic computer knowledge with proficiency in using a laptop, strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities, good organizational and time management skills, and a self-motivated attitude with a willingness to travel locally for field sales activities.
Preferred Languages
Candidates who can communicate in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be preferred.
