About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced DCDP – Continental to join our cloud kitchen operations and handle Continental food preparation and production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare Continental dishes as per standard recipes and quality requirements.
- Handle food preparation, cooking, portioning & presentation.
- Manage daily mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality & presentation.
- Ensure proper food hygiene, storage & safety standards.




- Coordinate with Commis and kitchen team for smooth operations.
- Support the Chef/Sous Chef in daily food production.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Guide and support junior kitchen staff when required.

Working Hours:

- 10-hour shift + 1-hour break
- Morning: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Evening: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Important Requirements:

Relevant experience in Continental cuisine

Comfortable working in a Cloud Kitchen environment

Available for a trial

Trial location will be shared separately.
