Key Responsibilities and Technical Skills

Bring 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure.

Have 4+ years of proven experience with VMware enterprise products, specifically End-User Computing (EUC) Horizon. This includes extensive hands-on experience in enterprise VDI, the VMware Horizon product suite (e.g., VMware Workspace ONE Access and VMware DEM), third-party IDM integration, and supporting VMware and Microsoft technologies.

Demonstrate expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, including AWS, Azure, and on-premises solutions.

Diagnose and troubleshoot VMware Horizon versions and the broader Horizon Suite, including user-level issues, with an understanding of ESXi, vSphere, and cloud platforms.

Use log analysis and basic scripting to automate daily operations.

Have hands-on deployment experience with Horizon infrastructure in large environments.

Create High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and solution documentation.

Have solid TCP/IP knowledge and a strong foundation in LAN technologies, including network switching, routing, and DNS.

Have good Windows Server administration and troubleshooting skills.





Have hands-on experience with hyperconverged infrastructure.

Interface with customers and third-party OEMs and hardware vendors, including raising support calls with Microsoft, VMware, and other vendors.

VMware VCAP/VCIX (Desktop & Mobility)

Education

~ Engineering, Diploma, BSc, MCA, or MCM qualification with an IT specialization.
