Accountabilities - Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify emerging trends, understand user challenges, and uncover opportunities for product innovation. - Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to inform product planning and development. - Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, product specifications, and development priorities.



- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate product discovery, improve documentation quality, generate product briefs, and develop prototypes that help validate concepts and requirements. - Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning to development, launch, post-launch evaluation, and ongoing optimization. - Monitor product performance using defined success metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usability, and business impact. - Work closely with stakeholders to resolve ambiguities, communicate priorities, manage expectations, and maintain alignment throughout the product development lifecycle. - Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to support iterative delivery, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and continuous improvement. - Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in product management , preferably within enterprise software or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environments. - Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile principles, Scrum methodologies, and modern product development practices. - Experience contributing to product strategy, roadmap development, requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional delivery. - Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer needs assessments to support product decisions. - Proficiency in writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, product briefs, and technical or functional specifications.
