Job Description : Salesforce Senior Consultant - Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC)Role : Salesforce Senior ConsultantExperience : 6 - 10 yearsEmployment Type : Full-timeJob Summary : We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Consultant specializing in the Life Sciences and Healthcare (LSHC) domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Apex, along with knowledge of GxP compliance and validation processes. Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud is preferred.The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and leading day-to-day delivery activities while ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and project quality expectations.Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement Salesforce solutions based on business and functional requirements.- Configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud to support healthcare and life sciences business processes.- Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), triggers, and asynchronous processing.- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development best practices.- Apply knowledge of GxP compliance, computer system validation (CSV), and validation documentation in regulated environments.- Support requirements traceability, test planning, defect management,



and validation activities.- Work with Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud where applicable.- Lead day-to-day delivery, coordinate with developers and functional consultants, and track deliverables.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, architects, and project managers to ensure successful implementation.- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure solution quality.- Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce development and deployment standards.Required Skills and Experience : - Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce customization.- Understanding of Salesforce data models, security, integrations, and platform capabilities.- Knowledge of GxP compliance, computer system validation (CSV), and validation processes.- Ability to design technical solutions from business requirements.- Experience leading day-to-day delivery activities and coordinating with cross-functional teams.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Preferred Skills : - Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.- Familiarity with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences projects.- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.- Exposure to Salesforce deployment tools, CI/CD practices, automated testing, and release management.- Experience with regulated-system documentation, audit trails, and change control.
