Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Informatica.- Build, optimize, and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in Greenplum/PostgreSQL.- Work with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.- Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and compliance with data governance standards.- Troubleshoot ETL failures, analyze root causes, and provide timely fixes.- Perform application support activities including batch/job monitoring, incident triage, and resolution of job failures.- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily, weekly, and monthly data loads.- Identify recurring production issues and implement long-term preventive solutions.- Partner with cross-functional teams to support production releases and data pipeline enhancements.Required Skills : - 8 - 10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development, database engineering,



or data integration roles.- Strong experience with Greenplum or other MPP (Massively Parallel Processing) systems.- Exposure to cloud data warehousing platforms (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).- Experience in financial services or large-scale, data-intensive environments.- Linux shell scripting and familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes.- Experience with production support, job scheduling tools (Autosys/Control-M/Airflow), and incident management workflows.Valuable to Have : - Experience with Airflow orchestration, Kafka streaming, or enterprise data quality frameworks.- Knowledge of financial datasets such as Transactions, Positions, and Corporate Actions.- Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
