- Promote Airkrit India’s training and internship programs.
- Connect with students, college clubs, and campus representatives.
- Support marketing and campus outreach activities.
- Identify students interested in Airkrit programs.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track leads.

Responsibilities

- Share program details and registration links through WhatsApp, social media, and student networks.
- Generate and follow up with leads.
- Update lead details, status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Support student registrations and lead conversions.
- Maintain proper records and share regular updates with the team.
- Help the Airkrit team achieve outreach targets.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Interest in marketing, business development, and campus outreach.
- Basic knowledge of social media and CRM tools.
- Willingness to learn and work with targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in marketing, lead generation, CRM, or campus activities is a plus, but not mandatory.
